3 Types of Cleaning

Cleaning Includes, Deep clean of Bathrooms, Wipe down of walls, Vacuuming/Mopping of ALL floors, General cleaning of kitchen (outside of appliances only), Making Beds and dusting and or polishing all furniture, linting rolling furniture as needed. Taking out trash. We are not opposed to doing dishes or tidying clutter. No windows are attended to with a basic house clean.

Cleaning Includes: Deep Cleaning of All Bathrooms, wipe down/scrubbing of walls, interior window cleaning, blinds dusted and spot cleaned, door tracks scrubbed, vents dusted and cleaned, floor vents removed and soaked, Carpets vacuumed (Spot cleaning available at additional cost) hard floors scrubbed/mopped, light fixtures dusted, Kitchen DEEP cleaned, inside appliances cleaned and if possible cleaned behind, baseboards wiped down/scrubbed if necessary, All bedrooms beds made all furniture cleaned and or polished, all Trash removed. 

Deep Clean - $400 

Includes four hours with a two-person team (one owner). Additional time is $57.00 per hour, per person.

This clean includes all the above and additional items like sweeping out the garage. The price is reduced because an empty residence in easier to clean. MUST be COMPLETELY empty to qualify for this pricing. Great option for selling your home or moving into a new to you home. Discounts available to realtors with referrals.
